I liked the Web Novel plot in this situation instead.

In the Web Novel, while that guy did respect the Queen, he wasn't really into her. There is also no mention of that hostess doing Queen Cosplay (the situation in the Hostess club was also different), instead we learn about the origin of why that guy is so hung-up on Noble status and stuff.

Plus the reason his relationship with his wife was so bad is because while they had been married for years, but she hadn't been able to bare him a child yet. Which is also why he behaves with her so harshly. The reason MC bangs the Wife is to impregnate her in order to fix the relationship between the guy and his wife, by impregnating her.

In the Web Novel he has a toggle-able skill which allows him to impregnate any Women with 100% rate, even if the said Woman can't bare a child because of some medical issue. This skill haven't yet been mentioned in the Manga yet, since in the Web Novel, the first one MC impregnated was his Birth-Mother (Adoptive-Mother in Manga), just before he and his sister left to work for their Lady.

Another point to add is that in the case of the guy in the Web Novel, it is hinted that he might be infertile, which also applies to the other Royal Family members which is why even the Queen doesn't have a child yet (in the Web Novel, author blamed the infertile issue on inbreeding within the Royal Family).
