Regarding the names, I will warn the translator that most of the characters have names based on English words.
マチェット = is a Machete, which is something like a big knife, usually used to cut paths in the wild. This could be related to her job as a Strong Warrior.
キャリバ = could be related to Caliburn, although modified. The reason I say this is because she is a Knight, so Caliburn, a sword related to King Arthur, fits here too. Also, she is Sao's Knight, and EXTREMELY attached to her younger brother, as can be seen already.
Then we have the new upcoming heroines:
スターフ = Staff, the girl is a Cleric/Clergyman
ウィップ = Whip, is a teacher
ブルーム = Bloom. She is a mage, but the name likely comes from her quirk: She is a girl that usually wears and acts like a male.
クレイ・モア = Clay More, she is a swordwoman, and Bloom's escort.
グルカ = Gurkha. This is the one with a weird name. She is an A Class adventurer.
レーヴァティン = Lævateinn. I'm not going to say who she is, but the name doesn't really fit in anything besides that she is strong and important.
ダイン・スレイフ = Dáin Sleif, Another character based on a mythological weapon, she is related to the above one
ダーク = Dark, she is an assassin
ポリッシュ = Polish, a Maid
カッター = Cutter. Not going to spoil this one, but it's a name related to her mother. Those who get it will get it.
スピアー = Spear, a noble girl that is proud, honest, and very direct in saying what she thinks
There are many others too.
The point I'm making is to not be afraid to translate the name into a direct English equivalent. I have read the webnovel to the end, and made a list of all the names as I went (to keep track, of course).
The story has it's fair share of very weird names later on, so you can take advantage when things are still easy to localize.
