"This", basically. 12 and 13 are out there, in english. ( and pretty low quality )
But as remarked above, whoever did them turned them into longstrip format, which this manga isn't. And as such will get nuked by MD.
If you're willing to do them, I believe it would fall under the "Quality Improvement" rule even if there were chapters here.
But since there aren't any chapters 12 and 13 that are within MD's rules, any scanlation you post here would class as First (past the) Post. IANAL, but I see no problem.
