when she's not using her authority, she can use healing skills, her ability isn't a passive one, so maybe her authority requires other stuff (consume mana, has a time idk), we getting to know she can heal is more to show the yandere can't help herself from peeking at people's abilities and to show the moment her ability got nullified by silent
