Hmmm... Lemon in mead I've not tried. I usually drink mead with cranberry juice. It is a very good combination.


(But yeah, given mead is made from honey, the fuck would adding more honey do? Neat mead is sweet as hell already. That is exactly why cranberry is a good counterpoint to the sweetness, and I suppose lemon might be too.)

Lemon mead is beautiful, I got some from Horns of Odin a while ago, and loved it. I'd also suggest Scottish Blood mead as well if you like whiskey too (that is if you can order from Horns of Odin where you're from, as they're UK based)
