They give low scores for petty reasons like the title being too long, having isekai or harem in the title, harem romcoms having harems, action manga having too many fights, not liking japanese culture, not liking credits page jokes, having different political views, viewing things they aren't used to as being 'degenerate' instead of keeping anmopen mind, having trouble separating reality from fiction, wanting their favorites to stay on top, etc. It's like MAL.

Read 1st chapter, i give it a 1/10 too. Not because of the smut/sex (i like parallel paradise or even World end harem...a bit); but because of the videogame system.
I really hate this, most story with these are trash. When i see level/skill/inventory/appraisal/status screen/classes/etc, i can only sigh.

2) Also mc's power is technically considered a hate crime in some countries such as US. (Primarily due to historical events during World War 2. ) So its even more appropriate to cover you bases and make sure you group/tag appropriately)
