…That's because there's no such thing in the raw in the first place. Takafumi says "おじキンおじキン！" (hence the romaji OJIKIN on the flag in the background), which is him abbreviating "おじさんキングダム"[uncle kingdom] (as noted below the panel in the raw, but that note is erased here).
There's no "ouji-san" there to explain to begin with.
