Im sorry but the longer the manga goes, why the hell i feel like Ai Fa is becoming a background character with no depth at all? She is the reason i keep reading this but right now even Vina Ruu feels more like a human compare to Ai Fa. I might drop this if it keeps making Ai Fa like a freaking hamburger-craving robot only.

Should've dropped this once they dropped the cute Sun lady who tried to seduce Asuta and they explained she'd be distributed to another tribe but she didn't join the Fa clan.

She pretty much has disappeared from the manga, this entire arc of the food stall is getting overly long and boring, specially with the slow release rate of this manga and the fillers it has

I honestly picked this up because I thought it was a different manga I read a while back 😅 that I now know is called "Mazumeshi Elf to Yuuboku gurashi"... Both MC's even take a special knife to the other world. I like "Isekai Ryouridou" too but... I don't know. It feels a little lacking in information. I guess I just would really want to know if the MC actually died, if so why was he isekai'd to this new world? Does this stuff get answered in the LN? I'm on Ch. 53 of the manga.

Start of strong, but it change direction sometime in chapter 30ish, in unfortunate way.
Story changed to comedic lighthearted food manga.

Artstyle is also declining, feeling cheaper and cheaper as it past chapter 40.

Proof:
Read chapter 1~30ish
Then read chpater 40~70ish
The different in quality (Art and story) should be very clear.

Before chapter 30ish, 8/10
Chapter 40ish above, 3/10
I felt betrayed from the change in direction.

Bit of a rough axe, but it did feel like it'd flatlined for a while there. Wasn't bad per se, but had lost its spark. Which is a shame, cause it had a lot going for it at the start.

Available until Chapter 63 on Omoi

https://www.omoi.com/series/cooking-with-wild-game

Updating kind of slowly given that it's already ended though. I can see why it got canceled, even if I personally enjoy it. Overall quality and the "fire" it had to it has been going down. Art's sloppier and the plot's just kind of spinning in circles with some new characters not needing to be added, and existing characters kind of being ignored instead.

It's also a weird mix of too much happening on one front (always making new food items) and not enough happening in others (the main romantic relationship) where it gets repetitive and doesn't feel dynamic.

That said, I still love the setting and characters, and am sad to hear that the manga ended because I'm not really a light novel guy. I can understand why it ended though, like I said. Great potential, but not realized enough after a certain point. Just a ton of stagnation.
