That's a shadow clone or something. No way circe is dead. She's a powerful witch afterall. Next chapter might show how things ended up that way with circe and gibriel.

It is cool to see the evil witch suffer but I suspect her face could've been ptsd from the small bit of backstory we got about her. As in she's in shock but not actually dead dead. She is def gonna live somehow or this is a very weird choice for the story.
