Goblin, Kobold, Harpy I can understand. Dwarf I can KIND OF get. But how TF are Elf, Giant, and "Wise sorceress" weak races? Are the stronger races "High Elf" "Fire Giant" and "Sage"? Because those are subraces, not races of their own. Can't wait to see what these races are that are stronger than Elves and Giants

Yes, some people, some Pokémon, some self-imposed challenges. Not entire swathes of game content for the entire player base. It clearly says entire races, not just some joke monsters from some events nobody cares about except addicts with pathological FOMA and completionist mentals with a micro e-peen.
