Thanks for the feedback! When I was initially going through and got stuck on that, I was trying to translate it as healthy as well, but when I asked a friend who knows a lot more about Japanese than I do they figured it was more likely to be lively or energetic. I guess healthy is a less commonly used translation for 元気.
I'm almost positive that Nia is using the singular when speaking, since we (the readers) have only seen one adult Orc. Gotta love that Japanese vagueness though, right? I'm gonna go back to it before I start on chapter 4 and try tackling that bubble again, I think I was taking it too literally, when it's possible it could actually be something along the lines of "Orc-san has his hands full running around nursing everyone." (That doesn't sound grammatically correct in my head but you know what I'm getting at.)
EDIT: After looking again, I'm almost positive it's singular, but using 元気 as healthy. At least this one line doesn't change the entire flow of the conversation, but I'll definitely correct it within a day or two once I'm sure I have nothing else to correct in this chapter. Thanks again!
