think he used one before. I forget as well though lol

also I know the line between machine pistol and SMG is razor thin but for my money, the stock is detachable, it fits in a regular holster, you wouldn't carry it on a sling, it's primarily meant to operate as a regular pistol, it's a machine pistol, even if you brace it and pop that foregrip. I wouldn't call it an SMG.
but you do you daisuke :02:

Getting to see all the guns is fun and all, but it really is illogical. Daisuke almost never chooses the right weapon for the situation without going through a few suboptimal ones first. Against a mob of enemies, a fully automatic weapon should have been chosen from the start.

Ah, the classic Beratta 93R machine pistol, which is impossible for a normal person to shoot bursts one-handed because of the muzzle climb, unless you’re Robocop.

Author-kun, your lack of research is showing again. The muzzle climb without the foregrip is extreme. You’re not getting 3 shots on target without 2 hands.

Sorry, but the Beretta 93R full auto IS the 'three-point burst fire mode', ie full auto here means it can fire three-shot bursts, and not the standard 'full auto' of other machine pistols...

Author must have taken his info from airsoft variants, which does have a full auto mode (I know cause I have one).

He can just add a switch to it anyway and aren't some airsoft pistols equipped with full auto anyway? Since he turns them into real guns and shit. We can just say it's that
