Man, if I were MC, carrying a girl presumably missing from the town, I'd cut off all the heads of the bandits and string them to my belt, so that as I walk carrying her, a line of bouncing heads would be trailing on the head behind me.

Also, thumbs up for not going the "hairy dwarf chick" or "dwarven chicks somehow have wolf ears" route. The hairy dwarf chick route is just...Ewww. And the wolf ear dwarf chick is getting played out again.

What about the bandits? Nobody even asked what happened to them, and it seems MC didn't take their bodies into his storage space..?
It feels so out of place to just totally ignore that event, and you would assume that he'd get some prize for their heads, if they were well known bandits (and by that logic, he would take their bodies/belongings/loot.

lol...this guild leader is just wanting Kaede to lie to cover up his mistakes. Doing so will be putting the town, other adventurers, and travelers at greater risk because they will not know about the growing monster issues and that something greater may be causing them. Furthermore, he's making the same mistake he just made earlier when he said he ignored signs of the previous trouble. One excuse given is that nobody would believe the metal lizard has been defeated, yet Kaede has the literal corpse and battle site to show everyone. This guy is an absolute piece of shit.
