I like it, it's similar to an idea I had myself but in mine the protag-kun reincarnates as a mimic. Mimics eventually evolved into dungeons and he decides on a different path and creates a hot springs resort.

I went and read all the webnovel raws. There's no pulling people into the master room or making subordinates like LDM, and a lot of the pervy stuff happens offscreen. The running joke with the pervy stuff is actually chefskiss #NoSlavesHere

Even if it doesn't go full porn (the Interspecies Reviewers manga is surprisingly tame given its subject matter, for example) it should still have plenty of interesting worldbuilding and such. I wonder if it shares universe with Interspecies.

Dungeons don't get people in this world, so they did it because other successful dungeons did it.

I'm not sure I understand. Does the dungeon get nourishment merely from visitors? Even if none of them die or anything? Why put monsters in the dungeon then in the first place?

My understanding is that:
Per page 1, the dungeon absorbs basically HP/MP spent inside dungeon as its own exp to grow.
So monsters force adventurers to spend more HP/MP as well as being bait to lure people because they're also a source of loot.
And deeper floor/stronger monster = even more HP/MP spent (both just to delve that deep and for the fight)
If they die, then the dungeon absorb everything. The whole HP/MP + their items.

MC's option has low efficiency per target (as shown with Peta panicking after hearing the income) but he's aiming for quantity over quality.

I do think we should be clearly told where the points come from though. It's important to know how to judge the dungeon's income for this premise.

We know "blood, mana, lives, and trash" can become points, but what was taken from the two knights that was worth 230p? Their sweat and grime? Their mana as they spent time inside the dungeon?
If it's the former, then the windfall of that many people is a huge deal and building more hot springs could be advantageous. If it's the latter, then tempting stronger individuals and making the extra people wait their turn is better.

I have more or less the same train of thought, I'm not personally a fan of mundane isekai like this but it's written well and the characters feel fine so I'm invested enough to see where it goes
