This series is already being worked by a group?! Just because it's not been posted as quick as you like, doesn't mean it's not being worked.... I'm pretty confused how you wouldn't be able to see that. Drt has being working it since the first chapter, and we joined together a while ago to release full length chapters.

I'm super confused. Dude's talking in his cover page like it's an open series and that no-one is working it, and if someone wants to pick it up then go ahead. LOL. We've been posting this every 14 days or so, but unfortunately I've been super busy in work this week but it was due released tomorrow. It's just bad show, that's all.

Just keep the translation to yourself, no need to upload what bad quality you got cause we're not so impatient that we'd read bad quality work. The previous chapter was even 16 days ago, you're really impatient.

I really feel like mangadex needs to add some feature that allows us to rate translations or something. If a translator or group has a bad enough rating, then they should be quietly blacklisted from being seen or something.

That'd be abused to hell and back. Mangadex doesn't judge based on translation quality, the only thing you're really not allowed to upload is automated AI scanlations made by ichigoreader, cotrans, and similar. The best thing is to just block groups and people uploading stuff you don't want to see.
My suspicion is that he hasn't seen that this has gotten a Japanese translator and isn't using MTL anymore, and sniped this to demotivate MTL groups. Another reason could be that they're begging for donations, and for profit groups are kind of looked down upon. The group isn't beggingi for donations anymore though. Otherwise it's hard for me to understand the reason, they have fairly consistent releases now.

Honestly, there is plenty of work that has been abandoned for AGES. This one clearly is being watched and translated, it's a waste of both effort and potential that could be used somewhere else. Way past uncool.

I don't like snipers that come and put 1 to n+1 shitty chapters and disappear (when no dough flows their way), but I also don't like this attitude some groups take.
Even if they are translating it, it is an open series ("unless you have the license to it"), no one has a right to stop another to start "working" on it, and uploading it.
Remember tls normally start translating series they like...

1- anyone is free to translate whatever they want, no one starts good, no need to say that, and if you feel you aren't good enough, then don't upload it here, there are other places.
2- you, saying that, is like the only thing you want is to get attention, or start a fight? why do that?
anyway at the end of the day, if ppl doesn't want to see it, they can block the uploader, the group etc.

That groups don't own a series is a fact, but when they're working consistently on them, and they get sniped by low quality scanlations trying to demotivate them and drop the series, it's a loss for everyone. Especially by people like this that probably isn't going to continue scanlating the series and are just out to cause havoc. It's also kind of shitty that this release will be what's put up on aggregators, they don't switch out their releases with higher quality ones usually.
And also it's kind of silly to spend this time and effort making this scanlation instead of working on a manga no one is working on or has been abandoned. That'd be far better use of their time and effort, even if their work is shitty. There are more than enough manga to choose from, so why'd they'd choose this of all things really makes no sense. Well except for malicious reasons I guess.
