If you don't mind waiting, you can always wait for the official translation. They are at volume 9, which is behind by 3, compared to 12 volumes in Japan. The tankoubon english release is up to chapter 71 right now (chapter 93 is the latest in japan's tankoubon release) but alpha manga might have more. With current release frequency of 3-4 volume in a year, they will likely catch up with japan release in a bit over a year, and then they'll be slightly behind to Japan's release.

Of course, that means shelling out money... but you can always use cat's sfx if it's too much.
