Since when did the characters turned christian? At the very least the TLers should have left the 'oh god' part, 'I shouldn't have said that!' sounded much better without a western phrase being used on an otherwise Japanese dialogue.

I wonder what Japan's corporal punishment laws are like. Being a strict Asian country, I'd imagine it's still common practice. In contrast, I think it's banned in the EU, but I still see people hitting children further south, although the Scandinavian countries were the first to enact child protection laws so I'd imagine that it's less common there. But in the US, people just love to beat each other.

I remember reading this manga many many years ago and what I thought about it was that it was good fun a pretty good time killer so now that I'm reading it again after I don't know, like 10 years maybe (I even thought like 15 years but I don't think it was released that long ago so whatever) I'm starting to notice that it's kinda good so I'll just give it another chance and see how it goes, so far it's been great I hope it will get even better.
By the way I really like how the mother punished the mercenaries and how the father reacted, it was a great punch, and after that, the teaching and the loving hug it was a pretty good combo, great parenting for me.
