damn, stress changes people.Read the webnovel a while ago but if I am remembering correctly. There were originally 12 Gods left behind by their creator God to manage the world. Problem is the world is fragile and starts falling apart if too many people die at once. The gods try yo find solutions to this, but are always in sort of a bad situation. One day someone gets isekaid to the world and when he dies he release a lot of resources into the world once he passes through their reincarnation system.
That is where the idea of bringing otherworlders occasionally came from. Imma be honest I can't remember why the demon king was created. Over time the other gods left heaven and descended and created new races, fooled around, etc. Eventually the godess mentioned in this chapter is left alone trying to maintain the world by herself. She goes crazy over time due to being alone and the constant stress of managing the world which turns her into a petty and vindictive person.
That’s actually surprising. Huh.it’s not the same saint actually
Yeah, it's absolutely horrible that she's enslaved to Sora, who treats her like a friend and little sister. It would have much better to set her free where she would not have been allowed into any towns, unless made slave anyway, and likely treated like one as well. That means all the the hard labor and abuse expected to go along with it. Don't forget that since she's a girl, there is also the infamous "night duties" she'll have to perform. She could also have gone back to her former masters, who would probably have just killed her for failing her mission, and getting freed from her already existing slavery in the process.Sora's CHILD SLAVE getting cute new clothes is nice. Makes her almost feel like an actual character. Of course, you can't have a vicious CHILD SLAVE that's obedient without giving her some sort of revealing outfit though; that skirt on her combat clothes is so tiny that she practically covers nothing. Sora sure knows how to dress his CHILD SLAVE if he's letting her walk around like that. At least give the girl some tights or something.
Also, it's not a CHILD SLAVE without her being a glutton, but that's a fun trope so it's excusable.
Using a slavery system just to take someone along your journey without trouble just feels unnecessary, why do we need another isekai where the main character has a young cute slave girl who he doesn't hurt? Why shoehorn the slavery system in there at all?Yeah, it's absolutely horrible that she's enslaved to Sora, who treats her like a friend and little sister. Yeah, freedom would have been much better. What abandoned child would want food, shelter, and care? It's crazy to think otherwise.
1. It's a useful plot point that helps drive the story.Using a slavery system just to take someone along your journey without trouble just feels unnecessary, why do we need another isekai where the main character has a young cute slave girl who he doesn't hurt? You were supposed to be filtered, but it seems like you're still getting enjoyment out of the story.Sora's CHILD SLAVE getting cute new clothes is nice.
