Is it just me, or is Takumi getting younger? He's supposed to be 28, but in this chapter he looks 14.

He said he was 28 when he died, and his new body was 20 (it said "age: 20" on his status screen when he first reincarnated in C.01), so he DID get younger when he was reincarnated here
