I think that's a little too much sex, but a middle ground should be acceptable. After rereading the first volume, he should be banging at least Eri, Karin and Mana by now. It's a natural progression. They even have condoms already. It feels like the relationship between the main cast has stagnated or even regressed.
Also find it rather ironic that rape is fine, but consensual sex isn't.

It's possible that he has, it just won't be showing much in the manga adaptation.
But you see very little of either. Just a lot of "hugging" and suggestive positioning. We know the MC gets hand jobs, some oral, and a lot of kissing, but we never fully see the act.
By the same token the mass "rape" scene is seen from a distance and it mostly just outlined silhouettes of backs and legs. Just enough that you know what's going on, but you don't really see anything.

Man the story is just straight up boring.
We have a cartoonish villain and his whole crew have nothing interesting going on.
The survival focus is barely there as is, but what doesn't help is that everyone in MC's group is acting like children on a school trip.
The story seems to have a big focus on the harem aspect but delivers nothing as well.
What's the point?

Can I... Can I... Can I just hold myself from reading until at least 8 chapters are out from this point on? The build up is so good that it will be more satisfying to binge-reading the rest of this following arc. I must be patient, I must not falter!

It is also possible to use the same method with consensual sex. In fact, I think it's easier. The lack of it is a conscious choice that I find baffling.

O . o except they do so all the time? It just not all that memorable because it happens frequently, yet not in your face about it.
Just do a speed run thrue earlier chapters. A harem member wiping her mouth here, a different one getting fingered there, and yet another with a pool between her tits.
Hokage is well taken care of offscreen, while leaving the audience mostly blueballed. Can't say if it's intentional or not, but my WAG is that it's ment to drive the audience towards the light/web novel where the MC is plowing his harem of nubile high-school girls every few chapters.
