Certainly my example was a bit too far to compare as you say, but I meant it mainly as an example of a name that intentionally tries to dangle along the lines of technicities in order to be allowed to have a "controversial" name since moral value may isn't always something that goes hand in hand with wheter a rule is enforced (though it can be a detonant for change of them).

To be honest I don't really care about this whole situation that much considering the guy hasn't been making outright statements left and right about it, was just reading thist thread during a break I had. Though I think it could affect Mangadex later somehow if the site becomes more mainstream and they end up needing to face more control over stuff they would have let fly under the radar when less eyes were on them.
