We've been using lower quality raws for a while and upscaling them to avoid the pixelation from bad compression. This chapter is with better quality raws, so we skipped the upscaling since the quality is already decent. In your opinion, is this a lot worse?

「それじゃあ、あとはよろしくね」 feels closer to:
“Then, I’ll leave the rest to you.” rather than “I’ll be in your care later.”

The meaning is more about entrusting the remaining work to someone.

I would have also written the same if she were saying this to Meishi, but she's replying to Danjuro, in the context that she would be returning to their department shortly. Hence, I've gone with the TL of “I’ll be in your care later.” instead. I think a better way to phrase this might also be "I look forward to working with you (again)".
