The only parts i could see her coming from understandably (from memory since i didnt reread this) and be on her side was just the parts where he wasn't acting like a boyfriend since she doesn't realize why he's acting that way, but the parts that i see where she's coming from is mainly due to the fact that we know certain things that she doesn't, like how he noticed she wasn't feeling well and decided to not be as "pushy" (best word i can think of to describe it) but considering we have context she doesn't know, its easier for us to realize how unreasonable she's acting, and without that information, i can see a bit of why she could think he doesn't love her/ love her the same way she loves him. She's still being very unreasonable tho imo
