Forget the bold words. I agree 100% with your analogy of the "Maguro thing". It fits perfectly with her character. Wouldn't be surprised if this was the author's exact thought pattern when coming up with the character of Meguro.... so good job spotting that tuna thing.

And as for your 2 points. There lies my confusion as well.

Why would guys who know Meguro is a used goods slut ever dump her? They know she is an easy cum-dumpster they can string along with minimal effort. The first few guys probably wanted a relationship and broke up with her because of her personality but the dozens of guys who came after (get it haha), knew she was an easy slut AND on top of that, she is extremely attractive, apparently the best looking girl in the entire school. Why would she be single?

To me that is the most confusing part so far. Does anyone know how this is selling? I'm sure 9C must be rolling around in millions of yen right now. god I wish I was him. Anime adaptation soon?

Here it seems that there is a misunderstanding; I think Meguro is Virgin because of the kind of personality she always has to let the rest decide for her, and she was dating more men, but it was just the pure love type, maybe they just stayed in hotels to sleep and nothing happens and the misunderstandings increased, that's what I think the plot is about.
Or she just lost his virginity only once, the rest that tried to go out with her could not because of the personality type he has and the rumors began to circulate
PS: in any case now that person is a virgin at that age, only the minority
