Wait, it isnt normal to not have the same people in homeroom every year? People on here are acting like it is a foreign concept. All up until 11th or 12th grade we had basically random classes and then we went alphabetical. It isnt some Japanese tradition steeped in meaning. Though my graduating class had 700 people in it and every class there was around 30 people, I only really knew who was around me since we probably didnt share any classes apart from Homeroom
