I got theory so the reason granny is perpetually young is because of that clock thingy she has around her neck and that thingy is actually some type curse as she is a witch not a magician, i befor knowing she was witch i thought that clock thing made time for her body to go back but no, thatthing only makes time stop , for her to have visually aged she used magic.
