You know, I got reminded with this one shitpost about a girl who pulled his boyfriend game cable while he was playing which deleted his unsaved progress.

Then they got married, years later when she is old and sick in hospital the guy came and pulled her lifeline support as revenge moment for when she pulled his game cable.

It's just a made up joke post but this series reminds me with that (assuming this manga premise isn't red herring anyway).
