And I'll remind everyone that he had sex with her in every other chapter of that R18 version. The kind of sex you have when you're trying to have children.

Clearly he wasn't that affected by the stripping episode if he's willing to have sex with her, repeatedly. I don't know about you guys, but if someone sexually assaults me, I am not having sex with them out of my own volition.

I don't know why this gets fixated on-- it's exactly one occurrence in an extended bullying campaign, that doesn't even get alluded to in this version, even when he's flashing back to the bullying. It's as if you mean to imply the bully might have been "redeemable" if not for that event, as if the rest of the bullying he endured was chopped liver.
I don't think the majority of the R18 is canon. Ch 14 is maybe canon because it lines up with mc's suicide attempt and is titled "Flashback." That, and it's one of the less sexual chapters, even with the pantyshot and cleavage, though with how long it's been without even a mention, it's seeming less and less likely that it's canon.

Between the thumbtacks, spilled milk, writing mockery on his stuff, and sexual assault, I think the sexual assault is the easiest thing to point to when it comes to examples of how extreme femc's bullying was. Most of the bullying has been implied so far, with mc's revenge scheme and comments, and only Ch 14 of the R18 and Ch 26 being explicit to my memory. People just conceptualize one big incident rather than many incidents repeated over the course of years more readily.

And yet, by the end of that story both the MC and FMC get together with people who bullied them in the past and get to have good life together. And they were not even in their 20's yet.
So no, your life is not ruined if you are 15 years old and still have a lot of time to fix everything. With proper support you can make it into truly fulfilling one after just a few years - especially if you find someone who can support you along the way.
I am not saying that it does not real, trauma and bad memories will be there. But saying that it is ruined and cannot be fixed is ridiculous.
Yes cause they both grew from said experiences. Both felt they needed to die both felt their life was over. In the story they both realized they messed up a lot. They felt as if they messed up their life at that point which drove them to suicidal thoughts. Yes they were able to “find a happy ending” but if the MC felt as though his life was forever. Hell we have two versions of the book an r18 version where he does revenge sex with a messed up mental and this version where he’s half schizophrenic. All by high school or middle school (idk how old he is) I would categorize that as a pretty fucked up life

One thing, since I saw one or two people talking about the guy saying his life was ruined. From the original Japanese, I'm not really sure that's the best translation. More like she messed up his life, or she made a wreck of it. Key is, there's not so much implication of permanence. Like, his current life is a wreck because of what she did. Doesn't mean it'll be a wreck in ten years, or that it won't be, just that currently things are awful for him.

Are you???
Have you never seen documentaries or had a psyc class, seen any type of research.
Anything related to sexual trauma?!?!
I don't really care if you could find it in a textbook or paper. If that's even true, it's a corny excuse for sex... that happens to be recorded in textbooks and papers. A corny concept being represented in textbooks and papers doesn't automatically legitimize it-- just like how Freud's hypotheses weren't intrinsically legitimate before they stopped being considered the pinnacle of psychology.

No, it is a thing. Do you have any idea how much hentai has been produced centered around the idea of assaulting and degrading the people that'd hurt the main character? Trust me, it's more than enough to make it clear that the viewers aren't watching it because it's an "excuse" for non-consensual activities. They watch it because they get a certain pleasure from imagining putting down the people that put them down. Sure, this one is unusual since the girl isn't against it at all, but then she's not against anything he's done in an effort to make her dependent toward him.

In short, just because you don't believe something's a thing doesn't make it any less real, and responding with a mocking dismissal and insistence that it's just a fantasy that people have done studies and dissertations on really doesn't manage to rebut anything, it just makes you look stubborn and kind of dumb.
