If there actually was a nobleman who specifically wanted a highly experienced bride, he still ought to keep the wife quarantined for some months before the first night to make sure the wife isn't already pregnant with some unknown man's baby. Otherwise that unknown child could inherit the nobleman's domain later, basically ending the lineage in power. Unless, of course, that was exactly what the nobleman needed, for one reason or another (such as being impotent or homosexual but still wanting an heir).
Of course in real history such promiscuity wasn't praised. It was tolerated from men, unless there were special circumstances (such as trying to get married well above his station and thus needing to appear spotless), but for a woman it could have been a real disastrous scandal if it became public knowledge. Unless the individual was quite a genius who somehow managed to become a celebrity in more decadent circles.
