I love the story but the ending is slightly unsatisfying for me. Would've love to see another panel in a timeskip where they grow old or be much much more happy together. I guess it'll up to the reader to comeup with their satisfying end. Happy that the two lived though, I would've been so angry if they both took their lives and the sister just watched them do it. To be honest, the story is pretty good, but this ending is mid for a Yuri manga. For me, this ending is the beginning of a Romance Yuri manga. We always had the shadow of Kaoru in all Lily and Hana's interactions since the beginning, and I hardly see that the two of theme share something other than they know Kaoru and loved him.
This is why I don't like Yuri setup in a historical old Japan, the ending is always mid.
