Different scanlator group. It's not that unusual for manga to have multiple translators, where some group prefer putting something fast, and some group put something more edited. I appreciate the other scanlator group for putting something anything at all, but I must admit their translation is kinda awkward, so I appreciate rereading with Cyan's translation as well.

Cyan Steam does this all the time though, sitting on raws then dropping a chapter when another group picks it up.
