@dysperwithaperiod I think Salwa-sama is closer to Satanichia, who has devlish intentions even if it's just pranks and mischief and she's still a good "person" overall. Vignette doesn't even think like a demon and, judging by her parents, non-demonic demons are fairly common in Hell. Even Satanichia's brother seems like a normal "person" who happens to have delusional family members.
