I don't see any reason for spending time meticulously redrawing stuff, I'd rather have that effort put towards translation.
This chapter looks great as is, having effects translated this way doesn't really detract from the reading experience.

If I get good quality scans with proper English that makes sense and has been spellchecked there's nothing more for me to request.
Considering that most groups struggle with even that bare minimum, this one deserves some praise for its releases.
