Saiga has improved, but thinking he has a chance against Sansui is a bit of an exaggeration, isn't it?
And even if Saiga and Toun, and others improve, so too will Sansui.
But while others will age, Sansui won't.

Yeah, Suiboku really didn't teach Sansui anything else, because he doesn't need anything more.
Basically, Suiboku used the Frieren Method; Sansui only needs 3 basic techniques to curbstomp anyone. That's because Sansui copied Suiboku's Ultimate Technique, the essence of swordsmanship, which is to be able to fight with insight.

The additional techniques are more for increasing options, and Sansui is using them right now to be flashy.

I think this is actually cool! It's nice to see Sansui actually enjoying a fight. There's likely a way he could have finished it faster, since he seems to be best at quick strikes/instant kill attacks. But this way seem more "fun" for him. I guess this is what comes when he can't just insta-wipe someone with pure stat difference - he's going to have to use skill instead.

He thinks he’s a realist national leader who knows the best way to run a nation because he’s from a modern world and isekaied into a medieval fantasy world, but look at him.
Completely dependent on his Divine Treasures and couldn’t have done anything himself. With his track record, I’m surprised that a counter-revolution or independence movements haven’t started up in the Republic, even if he does have multiple Divine Treasures.
