She still was in control of her choices, especially after Kondo revealed himself to her by abandoning her the first time! It had to take seeing a picture of Miyuki with him with the gift she gave him when they first got together and she betrayed Endou for him to finally make it clear he never gave a shit about her! The fucker even has the two girls names on his phone as "Plaything Number 1 and Plaything Number 2" which is Miyuki as number 2! It just made me ENJOY his life falling apart by Endou's hand as well as his own stupidity. Hell I liked how the Older Team his team plays against and it's coach point out because of his arrogance and refusal to think his shit don't stink, he doesn't have what it takes for the big leagues....which lead to him and Miyuki FINALLY getting caught, HOW DARE he even CLAIM he was better for Miyuki then Eiji.....though to be fair, the moment Miyuki took his offer, she CEASED being so as well LOL.

I said it in the comment section that I kind of hope both girls can make PEACE with the boys they hurt and move on with their lives! They OWE Eiji/Endou that much to finally apologize for what they put them through and to never darken their presence again. And I doubt life will be good for them, but hope their is a light at the end of the tunnel and if they WAVER....they only have to remember it's their own fault their in that situation and for those they hurt as well as themselves, they don't have the right to cry and quit! Out of all the assholes in the story. Those two are the only ones I hope can at LEAST get a Bittersweet ending!

I honestly once imagined that scenario for Miyuki where years later she runs into that loser Kondo who still hasn't changed and is trying to parasite off of Miyuki since "he just happened to find her" only Miyuki isn't the "Idiot girl back then that listened to anything he had to say as a fool!" It would be the final humiliation to the Conga line that is Kondo's life! I doubt juvie and a shitty life afterwards will be enough to calm his ego! My little brother who was the same SANS scum levels Kondo devolves into is proof of this LOL

I say this WITHOUT like others who make this mistake "going or WANTING to go easy" on Miyuki! She isn't innocent and making excuses for her isn't going to help her. Hence Ai's final "Reasons you suck" to her FINALLY wakes her up from whatever delusion she was under! Namely trying to kill herself near the end was just her trying to run away again and as Ai made clear, she was STILL planning to hurt Eiji as even IF he is indifferent to her and never wants to see her again, it doesn't mean he wishes ill for her and WOULD be devastated if she killed herself, it's WHY majorly Ai got in the way of Miyuki doing it! Eiji would WANT HER to fix her life and FINALLY understand WHAT SHE DID WRONG AND HOW SHE HURT THOSE AROUND HER with her insensitive actions! Even the cheating was done out of a selfish belief that Eiji would never catch her and if he did, he'd forgive her! It showed she never grew up and still acted like the child holding onto his arm and still thinking no matter what he would NEVER let go! Only now she done it that he did, and worse he ALMOST DIED because of her! She doesn't GET to run away anymore! She has to grow up, and through that I can EXPECT her to TRULY understand what her mother and everyone else like Eiji had to go through just for her to "have that nice life she took for granted! I want it to be a HAUNTING experience for her. Even if she fixes everything, finds love again elsewhere. ETC. I want it to be CLEAR if ever faced with the same situation again if she FORGETS, that she only has to remember the events of the story even if YEARS have passed since then to know "She will NOT get away with it and IT is not worth it....she would know after all!

Yeah, I don't think juvie will fix Kondo. But it's not Miyuki he'll pursue in the future. I think it will be Ai. Bastard once tried to pursue her in the past but he failed. Ai already sensed his true nature. He is trying to pursue her again since he saw she's now close with Eiji, but of course he failed, and with her learning about his family caused the death of her mom, he'll never win her heart. He'll try again years after he goes out of juvie, with Eiji, Ai and the others are now in their early 20s, finished college and Eiji and Ai now planning for their wedding. He'll try something, will fail, but this time, he'll be tried as an adult

Why is Miyuki the one only being defended and being given 'she's just a child and naive' excuse when all perpetrators are minors including Kondo?

If you are going to defend her with that reasoning then defend all of them as well-especially those who only did online slander but got filed a civil case against them as mentioned in the latest WN chapter. They got the short end of the stick imo.

Because unlike Miyuki they were actively malicious and do not have any remorse for their actions. Even despite everything falling apart around them they still proceed to blame others and not reflect upon what they did wrong insisting that they were simply misled or were following the group. They also do deserve a second chance however that only comes after they finally acknowledge, accept, and atone for what they did wrong. Of which the only one currently trying to do so I the WN is Miyuki.

I don’t understand why when it comes to Miyuki that some people are still trying to get ’Sympathy for the Devil’. No matter how much punishment she has endured, SHE DESERVES EVERY BIT OF IT! This was the very evil reality that she was trying to turn Eiji’s life into, only for herself to fall into the grave that she was digging for Eiji! She first lied to and betrayed Eiji… the man who loved her along with his family by her affair. Then when her affair was revealed and she could have chosen to stop the affair, stay with and comfort Eiji after being beaten by Kondo… she chose to abandon him and break his heart calling him a dangerous stalker to his own face! Then to protect her own reputation in school if Eiji exposed the truth, she allowed Kondo to photograph the bruises that Kondo himself had made on her wrist and accused Eiji of causing them while manhandling her! With the exception of Ai, Satoshi and a select few and the school staff, Miyuki had practically turned everyone else in the whole school into Eiji’s enemy with all of the lies that she allowed Kondo to spread! And she could’ve EASILY stopped the mayhem long before the consequences got severe by saying one phrase: “EIJI DIDN’T DO ANY OF THIS, IT’S NOT TRUE!”

But when the school investigation began, Miyuki instead chose to ride the lie until the wheels fell off! She only admitted to the truth of the matter after being cornered by her classmates after the announcement in the school auditorium when the facts and truth of the incident were being revealed and Kondo fled! And the facts were showing that the story that she and Kondo had concocted was a complete lie! But by the time she admitted it, it’s too late for her to tell the truth about the story and still expect to be treated with mercy!

In my book and honest opinion, the ONLY person who is truly suffering unjustly is Miyuki’s mother… because she had absolutely no knowledge about what Miyuki was doing, but she however is legally still responsible for her daughter as her parent! But she is the only person who currently deserves mercy!… NOT Miyuki, NOT the soccer club, NOT the kids at school who participated in the mob mentality justice,(including the ones who posted pictures of his family’s restaurant business info on the chalkboard and promoted violence against him and his family), NOT the ones who left death wishes, broken glass and razor blades in his shoe locker… and sure as hell NOT KONDO OR TACHIBANA!!!
