Please, someone continue scanlating this.

It's a pretty good manga, so I'm at a loss why no one wants to scanlate it.

Huh, was Jesus ever mentioned in the original Romeo and Juliet play? Kind of odd to point out, I know, it just weirdly sticks out to me.

Thanks for TL'ing this, though.

Author: Avoids stage play arc cliché
Also author: Goes with the cliché anyway

I was confused about that one too, I thought maybe I just misread it cause I'm usually shit with Katakana. But nope, they mentioned it. Even looked it up if they were mentioned in the play, and nope-

It's been a full year since the last update
If nobody picked it up when this manga was relevant, then nobody is going to pick this up now lmao

Lol they're in their Beastars era. Remember when Louis hurt his leg so he couldn't be Adler in that play? Except he did it anyway... Also two of the secondary actors nearly killed each other, but unfortunately I doubt anything like that will be happening here :pacman:

man why did the author make hinatas-chans oppsie so serious first time I read this chapter I thought she had a workplace accident at bon xua steel mill "calm down and hear me out..." "she is still being tested and questioned..." but in reality someone ran over her foot with a bike, bit of a tone issue

Holy shit, the "It's the Romeo and Juliet play, but because of some 'unfortunate' accident, the main leads have to be Romeo and Juliet in the play now" trope.
Consider the applicability of the play's themes to their circumstances, rather than the trope itself.
