The whole point of harem stuff isn't about who's better at getting the guy... it's who deserves it the most.
Aizawa= Already turned him down once before
Akemi= Is willing to do ""evil"" in order to get Asahi to like her
Shiragami= Isn't competetive because she doesn't know how to be because she's too innocent to compete
This whole thing is basically like a bigger version of the athletic competition where Shiragami was the only one with a simple want. Competetive idiots that don't have empathy for the weak will never understand why Shiragami will most likely win.

also... A person it's not a prize. You don't win someone. We all know he likes Shiragami since the beggining. He already rejected Akemi, if she don't accept it she is the only one to blame.
Aizawa didn't tried, but she totally knows that she rejected him and also knows his feelings for Shiragami,
Liking someone it's not a competition, it's not even a choice really.

I want to like Aizawa more but...
Idk, for one thing she's really violent. Every time they get close, even if she does it herself (see her grabbing his arm in this chapter), she then proceeds to attack him. She's basically always attacking him out of embarrassment for shit that's her fault. She revealed her secret herself and then chased him with a hammer to make him forget.
And she also attacked him to stop his confession, which itself was really fucking low. That was a huge hit to her likability.
And that's all after coldly rejecting his confession the previous year.

Mikan is also pretty violent, but not as bad and not usually to him. Although she did kick him in the balls a couple times...

Why are we rooting for these girls again?
