Araki setting himself up pretty hard for one of those "The stand user could be anyone" moments.

"The stand user could be anyone!" meanwhile they all have haircuts that make them look like they could be stand users. both the two guys with facial markings and weird hair, the guy with the long nose, and the two women manning the equipment. as sometimes stand users have had some pretty normal haircuts.
