Btw the new stand users are each named after major port cities for some reason. Ningbo is in China, Laem Chabang is in Thailand, and Key West is in Florida. I don't quite know why Araki chose to do this, but I'm sure it will become clear later.

I wouldn't be surprised in the slightest if these stand users turn out to be just completely bluffing him on being his subordinates.

Whether their actual boss is another investor like the bank or someone after the lava rock is the question.

Howler's generally been on the backfoot in these chapters so if he ends up with a stand I am scared and excited to see what it looks like when he lives up to Meryl's talk about violence as currency, for now he's just been leaving it to other (pretty cool looking) stand users lol
