Did you find out? If not, I’d recommend a skirt and blouse over a dress. The average testosteroney frame doesn’t match the contours and it could just sort of hang limply from your shoulders.
You’ll probably need a smaller size skirt than top.
If you use makeup just go with eyeliner and mascara. The rest is hard for _anyone_ to get right. Alternatively thick-frame glasses can highlight your eyes and cover a heavier browline.
