It's been annoying ever since the timeskip. Everything felt somewhat realistic considering how meticulous Uruma and his grandfather were about capturing the bullies and destroying the evidence, while the police investigated and slowly followed his trail. Now we've just been having this Revolutionary club break laws with 0 attempts to hide evidence. It was annoying how good the police were when it came to following Uruma's trail, but they gave 0 effort in stopping any of these other villains.
