Anything else aside, this series is not pulling any punches. People can die, seemingly, in the middle of their character arc.
I kinda get that it's a scene partially made for shock value, but it is also internally consistent with the storyline. I can absolutely see a character that's going through Jun's character arc doing this. And in a world with no egregious plot armors, this is how this setup would have ended up - everyone is tied up and all they can do is watch.
We can probably question if the premise, as a whole, with the Revolution Club, them being so popular, and getting away with all that shit, makes any sense. But since MCs little vigilante group could also operate for a fairly long time, we just have to assume that's how this world works, I guess.
I kinda don't see why people are saying that she was a good character, or that she was wasted. She was likable, sure, but this is not a happy story. So as a character from a different kind of manga in the first place, in hindsight, her role was exactly to be used in this kind of plotline. Like every other "normal" person that ever came into contact with Uruma's revenge quest.

People wine about content after 151 chapters? For real? 
Author like build characters for this purpose, to dispose of them later, without such flow of emotions from the readers this manga would have been very mediocre and linear from the start.
You should be happy instead, is one of the very few works where bad people are still bad and evil till the end and kill and abuse people without any mercy, mc is also not a saint but a true justice hero, killing villains with no regrets. You can't find nowadays much of these manga published, only in the doujinshi ero market (aka self published and so very limited).

even if shes "saved" last second, no way she doesnt go into shock and die from the blood loss from losing an arm and leg. This feels cheap and out of nowhere. Also what happened to Uruma being obscenely strong?? He can lift a whole tree from its roots but suddenly hes stuck and cant break free here?

at least the plot is still more coherent than Dead Tube, the only other series I'd put on par with this for glorious shitfuckery

About the last part there are few series that does this, is a genre that is getting traction, also there are a ton of "revenge" webtoons, LN and others that do the same, what are you talking about?

It's just one of those torture porn for sadists manga, like Akama ga Kill. The author just stupidly trying to one up his own gory BS withe very arc while screaming "are you not entertained". Trashy is what it is. The first time you could've said it was unexpected but now it's just cheap shock for shocks sake because he can't produce anything new

Is a bit selfish, i don't think is correct to decide when a work should end or not based on personal emotions. There is people who simply enjoy read such stories and they do not want an abrupt end just because some pepople find it a drag.
There are but very few like this one, such abuse and violence is not in your everyday revenge manga expecially nowadays where authors have much less freedom.
People always forget that reading a manga for free is not a right but a privilege thanks to the translators, people should be more gratefull.
