To be fair, that most likely would lead to an infection and then death. So... works, though a lot slower than you'd prefer propably.To defeat a turtle, just pour water into an open shell wound. Good to know!

A poison foe in an rpg is one that you put in your inventory and get DoT on consume. A Venom enemy is one that deals DoT effects on attackPoison and venom are usually the same in most games unfortunately.
DoT is the king when you want to make your players miserable in any trpg, tho and spiders are the best deliverers of said misery.
