I just want to say I like that the girl hasn't given up on being an adventurer.
Both in fiction and in real life, often people when faced with these situations end up taking the path of least resistance and fully move to either side. Trying to find whether there is another way, regardless of the actual result, is a lot harder and as a plot device in fiction it is certainly much more interesting, so I'm really looking forward to her story.

Tina's narration at the end of the first chapter said that this would set up her name going down in history with a "different kind" of tale. So I suspect the idea of it being a matter of reconciliation being the ultimate thrust of the story.

Tina's such a great character. I really love that her motivation is general well-being for all, and the thirst for knowledge to find that path.

i dont remeber which chapter but it talked about demons sending monsters to attack citys, given that the demon war wasnt that long ago therd still be people alive from that time so i doubt its propoganda

I wouldn't count on it. And I don't think we even should wish for that. As I have commented already on the deleted translation from before, the lore and world building in this manga is somewhat mediocre.
The strength lies in the characters and their interactions and the manga should continue to focus on that. At least that's what I find most enjoyable about it. Forcing too much lore about morality into the story won't improve it so I really hope it won't go that route.

we already know that demons and monsters have actually killed ppl,
don't expect that to just be in actual self defense..
There's always going to be those who decides to "defend themselves" preemtively..
Everyone gets delusion of self defense when they're attacking others..
even criminals who clearly attacks innocent person to steal from them think they defend themselves against a world who has wronged them or a population who has wronged them..

demons are probably no exceptions

I think the lioness and cub heads behind the director is an oversight from the author just for shock value..
If she was so interested in getting a trophy from the beast king to complete her collection, she should have known he was alive because she would have searched for his body where it was left off..

and if she "knew" or at least believed (because she's probably obsessed about him) he was alive,
If she had just needed to say "a reliable source has told me" to convince the administration board to go along with throwing the whole economy out of whack to motivate adventurers,
then why would she wait 20 years?
The very fact that she has these trophy behind her makes it that she is untrustworthy when saying "I have a reliable source, I can't tell who"
the entire administration board should have called her out on her bullshit and stop obessing over a demon that died 20 years ago just cuz she wants his head for her collection..
