Manga Dwarves are SUPER varied. The only thing they have in common is short. Sometimes they're classic Tolkien style like Isekai Nonbiri(though we haven't seen any female dwarves in that one, though they are descibed.) No Game No Life and most other isekai harem stuff have Dwarves as Loli-baabaas. Dungeon Meshi settles somewhere in the middle with Dwarves being short and stout, but more pronounced dimophism.
