I had thought Kitami was in charge but I didn't think he would drag Tojo into it. I assumed the whole thing was going to be his idea and he dragged them all to hell with himself while letting Tojo live her dream freely and cleanly so nothing could be tied to her.

I feel like it's a bit early to reveal the twist but still, interesting to see how this plays out now that there's 2 of them

I had also kind of sussed it out several chapters ago, only thing that also surprised me was Tojo actually being in on it. Still, when the "twist" is starting to become obvious, might as well just reveal it.

One key detail that I was surprised I missed myself was that Kitami somehow knew that Ono-sensei was the mastermind behind the card stealing incident... Now it makes sense

Please let kitami and tojo end up healing together. I just hope kitami get away scot free at the end.

I like this because it reveals they both stayed true to who they were as children. It never felt right that Tojo would treat Kitami the same as all the rest. Now we know she never held a grudge at all

I fell better now that i find that Tojo doesn´t resent Kitami, the bad side is that i still think that they should be only puppeteers, and the one doing the crimes should be another 3rd person

Am I misunderstanding something?
This chapter shows that neither the ML nor seemingly Tojo were aware of the meeting that had been arranged until Tsuda (was that the name?) invited Kitami. Tsuda claims Kanzaki organized it but she denies it. So someone else has done all this and Kitami is a red herring. Or maybe a useful idiot is a more accurate phrase?

So, it seems pretty much confirmed that Tojo is Tojo-chibi, and it's fully confirmed that Kitami is involved with Tojo-chibi. Then, Tojo-chibi knows that Kanzaki was the ringleader of the bullying even though the evidence of her involvement was (allegedly) withheld from Tojo-chibi. So, I'm really curious why Tojo-chibi allowed Kanzaki to graduate so quickly and easily.

Anyone got spoilers how it ended?
I found some raws up to chapter 25.1 (seems to be part of the final chapter) and from what I understand:

Tojo declined to join the revenge plan, everything was done by Kitami himself from the first meeting, including controlling the Chibi Tojo (some classmate managed to discover this twist). More revenges were done but I won't go into detail, you just need to know Furukawa (the camera girl) was killed. The teacher was released and he tried to kill Tojo, but Kitami jumped in to save her, we later see his mother and brother in black outfit that people usually wear in the funeral so I guess he died (we don't actually see the funeral). His mother and brother found out about the closing meeting he had been doing. The final closing meeting started, it revealed that Kitami spared Katei so he was alive to join this final meeting, Kanzaki was killed (Kitami pushed her from the stair) but survived as well (not sure if there will a twist for Furukawa), and the real Tojo finally joined the meeting. That is where this part of chapter ends.

I hate how things are going behind the screen. He didn't even got the worst side of the stick. It would be one thing for the girl to initiate the whole show and he was sympathetic and became accomplice but if the other way around, then he was just dragging the true victim into risking her entire career even though she had the real chance and will to really move on.
