Aww she's getting serious for her boo.
Oh yeah, they gotta have a relationship breaking arguement that is over nothing and comes out of nowhere so that they break up for three or four chapters and then get back together...I'm glad that the characters are supportive of their relationship and that there's no unnecessary drama other than tsudere-ism from them both.
And I probably just jinxed it.
I conducted some research for academic purposes...One cruel machination of fate and we would be in the timeline where she really did become a delinquent idol. God knows what alternate NTR doujin reality that would lead to.
Both brain cells are working overtime.Well regardless the usual romcom, it's nice to see akutsu seriously thinking about their future
Last frame: "Riko-chan! Please m..."It's about denouement. Ending right at the climax makes it ring hollow since most of the stories need some wind down time to actually make it work. Even one or two chapters.

Lazy form of injecting drama, really. Misunderstandings. I mean, they can be done right, but you have to put in effort to do it. The dumber the reason, and how easily it could be solved if they just talk to each other for literally five seconds, would show how weak the author would be. If it's a legitimate misunderstanding that came from something that built up for a while, then it can work. But usually it's a few panels, and boom, relationship ruined until the misunderstanding is resolved.Oh yeah, they gotta have a relationship breaking arguement that is over nothing and comes out of nowhere so that they break up for three or four chapters and then get back together...
Oh I hate those stupid arcs, its just done to get more episodes or chapters out of a story! X-D
For me, the last time I've seen a good conflict arc like that was Yankee JK Kuzuhana-chan, mostly because the misunderstanding was something actually hurtful even if explained and the story made it painfully clear that the main thing stopping them from immediately making up were external factors. It was their first fight, so it was pretty exciting to watch.Lazy form of injecting drama, really. Misunderstandings. I mean, they can be done right, but you have to put in effort to do it. I hate misunderstandings so much because of how often and how weakly they are written. It just shows the writers lack of skill.
Its Akutsu and Oyama... a housefly has ten times the brains (and short/long term memory) than these two combined! X-Dwait weren't we gonna do the sex thing? Why did she buy the lingerie if this chapter was about this shit...
