A bit late, but Shadow met Violet when he met Aurora & and her memories the first time when he fought her in the War God arc (the first sanctuary, the left arm).
The stone IIRC is back when he was John Smith and the lawless town.
After the whole affair came to a conclusion he was looking for the money, he had Delta help out and she found the Gem there (why it was there is a mystery for me).

So how many times has he met her? Only 2 including this one?

Last time I tried rereading that sanctuary arc and I don't remember any mention of her looking for the stone.

That would be... once in the sanctuary with both Aurora and her past self Violet.
And then the 2 times during this arc (the 2nd terrorist attack on the academy arc).
So yeah 2 times.

Delta wasn't cherching for the stone per instructions. She was just helping out Shadow looking for the money and "randomly" found the stone at this point.
But only gave it to Shadow now, since he moved on (serious dashed out) after not finding the money.

I forgot they actually met again earlier in this arc (chapter 59) so total 3 times with this. Honestly I'm only reading all this stupid isekai stories precisely because they're stupid (or I guess they call it "brain rot" now?), no need to get deeply invested into the story. So when we actually have a much deeper plot I lost track of them.

Also I'm following a lot of similar looking stories sometimes I forget which one is which....

Somehow, among all his dellusions and craziness, Shadow have a soft spot for little Aurora, to the point he spoils her and gives her a crystal he planed to sell (just telling her to pay him if she ever get some money) just cause she asked.
