Multiplying sushi chef was not on my bucket list of nonsensical things this series could provide. Nor was the concept of regenerating eyes or a pointless dude with a domino mask and a livestock piercing just standing there being confused for most of the chapter.

Okay, so this a fucking lot for one chapter

One, that citywide disaster caused by the Enchanted Blade. That can't be what I think it is, is it?

Two, the Rokuhira Eyes. Its process of being burned and healed in the process, I feel like this is a clear metaphor of who Chihiro is, as well.

Hey Murray Carter said the same thing about how mystical the blade forging process taught to him when he apprenticed in Japan is even today with precise temperature control/timer equipments that can reproduce each step exactly with little to no variance. He gets clowned on for disregarding all of that to rely on a masters' eyes and intuition that comes from forging thousands of blades

If anything it seems more like its a genetic thing going on with Kunishige and Chihiro's eyes. Especially since if it was Chihiro wouldn't be able to use it since he wields Enten.

Ahh, yeah fair. So it's either, IIRC, her prophecies being vague again or the war reaching Japan, too

Doesn't seem to be it, but it does seem to be similar. Chihiro is still able to use it even when he has Enten so it shouldn't be the case, and might be closer to Char's healing than it is to "true sorcery". Then again, it could also be his Sorcery, and getting Enten accidentally locked his ability to improve to his current level (He still did apprenticeship under Kunishige, so it could still go through damage and repair)
