I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a fetish but more as a preference, what I thought when she said that being a little forceful isn't bad is if a boy were to kiss her without consent (probably after a confession) she wouldn't mind as long as she liked that person. This, in fact, happens in lots of anime and/or manga, where the first party kisses the second party suddenly to express their love.

While it's romantic, it is not ideal as you should always ask for consent when it comes to those things...
